Classes For Adults
This is a fun class held in the evenings. It has a good mix of men and women of all fitness and skill levels. This is an opportunity to get in great shape while learning self-defense, increasing self-confidence, and relieving stress.
Classes Just For Women
We understand that sometimes women just want to train with other women. And sometimes the morning times are more convienant. This class is typically led by Mrs Sanders (see bio). Male instructors are brought in from time to time to help with reality-based scenarios while keeping a safe environment.
