Krav Maga training can be an excellent way for teenagers to improve physical fitness, boost confidence, and learn valuable self-defense skills. Krav Maga can also help teenagers build essential life skills, release stress, find ways to handle their emotions and develop character traits that will serve them well in the future.
Classes For Children (8 & older)
Situational awareness, focus, and discipline are just a few extra benefits of Krav Maga training. This training is good for their body and mind in a unique way that also teaches self defense. Whether it be to help calm the child that’s a bundle of energy, or help pull a shy child out of their shell, Krav Maga is a great place for children.
